Perfect breakfast, cordial staff; strategic location. Large beds, a fridge, central heating and a seating area were a nice touch. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. Walking distance to supermarket and shops across the street. Apart from that, Musee Art Nouveau Museum was 5 minutes' drive away. Early check-in, easy check-out.

excellent base for exploring riga. comfortable bed, great value for money. the furniture was wooden. in addition, the parking was on site.

located in 25 minutes' drive to the airport. nemiers is set 800 feet away from the property. we enjoyed staying at avitar. we totally recommend it to those visiting riga.
